Quartier Cinq is the 3D model representation of the Master Plan for the Urban Planning Studio Two project in McGill's Master of Urban Planning Program. The goal of Studio Two was to act as a private land developer and develop Mill Street in Montreal, Quebec. Collaboratively, our group decided on a program and layout for the site. The 3D model above was primarily designed by myself, which is why it was been included in this portfolio.

The figure above shows the Master Plan for the Studio 2 design project. The goal of Studio Two was to act as a private land developer and develop Mill Street in Montreal, Quebec. Collaboratively, our group decided on a program and layout to create the Master Plan for the site. The Master Plan (above) collaboratively created by our group (including myself), which is why it was been included in this portfolio.

For Studio One, students were tasked with creating a Master Plan for The Triangle and surrounding area in Montreal, Quebec. A segment of the Master Plan was the creation of a Community Food and Education Centre (above). This centre was designed as repurposed building by me.

This map is the final output in the Land Use and Transportation course that demonstrates the relationship between the cycling network and income in Toronto, Ontario. The output shows that there is no quantifiable relationship between income and the bike network expansion in Toronto. This means that Torontonians generally have equal access to the bike network regardless of income.

The work on this presentation was completed collaboratively. However, the board layout was designed by me. For Studio One, students were tasked with creating a Master Plan for The Triangle and surrounding area in Montreal, Quebec.

This project was completed in a fourth year Land Use course at Laurentian University. Students were assigned a study area in Sudbury, Ontario. They were then tasked with creating a Master Plan for the study area. The design (above) was created by me. It shows proposed improvements along Lorne Street.

This is a rendering created by me for the Studio 2 final project. It demonstrates some of my graphic abilities. The goal of Studio Two was to act as a private land developer and develop Mill Street in Montreal, Quebec. The promenade in the rendering is the proposed new layout for Mill Street,
